Welcome to the world of Teddy Bruisevelt, also known as Steph Sleeman! A dynamic force in roller derby, I proudly represent the Soo Roller Derby Superior Spitfires, competing fiercely across Michigan and Canada.
My journey in sports and fitness has always been a driving passion. It was through coaching my son's basketball team and supporting my roller derby league that I discovered my true purpose: inspiring and coaching others. This realization led me to become a certified personal trainer, dedicated to proving that fitness comes in all shapes and sizes.
As a thick and curvy individual, I strive to challenge traditional stereotypes in the fitness community. My mission is to motivate everyone who feels they don't fit the conventional mold. Custom exercise plans based on your personal goals, wants, and needs. And I work with you at the gym, at home, outside (weather permitting, of course). We will focus on mindset and exercise. This is available for those local to me, Michigan and Ontario.
Whether you're local and want to be able to have a more flexible schedule. Or you prefer working out alone and just need some extra guidance, I have you covered. No need to be local and we can work together on a customized plan for 6, 12, or 18 week increments.
